This initiative would allow children of our community to receive prevention services, it would allow our community to fight child-abuse. This fund would also allow our community to help children who have a mental illness or are fighting alcohol and drug problems, so that we can get these kids on the right track in life to become productive members of the community.
This fund would be paid for through a 1 penny on every 4 dollars spent (1/4 of a cent) sales tax.
